​In December 2011, ECS achieved Gold Specialized status in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) – the first US partner to be recognized for this achievement. Oracle Application Development Framework is an end-to-end development framework, built on top of the Enterprise Java platform, offering unparalleled productivity to application developers. ECS has developed multiple enterprise applications using ADF for the user interface and business logic, some of which have been demonstrated as prime examples of the capabilities of ADF at Oracle OpenWorld. This Specialization means that ECS is recognized by Oracle as ADF experts.​

​ECS achieved the Microsoft certification in Portals and Collaboration in 2011.  This specialization means that ECS is recognized by Microsoft as having deep and extensive experience with SharePoint solutions covering planning, design, architecture, development and administration.

​ECS achieved Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) specialization in November 2010, one of the first Oracle partners to achieve this status. This specialization means that ECS is recognized by Oracle as SOA and Oracle SOA Suite experts. Oracle SOA Suite includes many components which work together to provide the benefits of SOA. These include: Adapters, B2B, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL Process Manager, Human Workflow Services, Business Rules, CEP, BAM and Governance.

​​ECS achieved the Microsoft certification in Mobility in 2010.  This recognition means that ECS has not only the skills but the experience to deliver mobile applications and solutions on Microsoft’s technology.

Utilizing Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, SquareTwo Financial (formerly Collect America) has been able to reduce development time for several hundred applications and services that support automated and human workflow activities designed to manage the lifecycle of its assets. This has allowed the company to maximize liquidation rates and minimize costs, while speeding the delivery of IT projects to business users by 30 percent. To help design and implement the new platform, Collect America collaborated with Oracle and ECS Team. Built on an SOA-based N-tier architecture, the application was constructed using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for Java application development; Oracle WebLogic Server underlies its Web tier; Oracle SOA Suite provides the foundation for the application tier; and, the database tier utilizes Oracle Database to manage both online transaction processing and data warehouse systems.
