Benefits
ECS offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees, as outlined below.
Healthcare:
ECS offers two healthcare options, including a PPO and an HSA. We believe that you will find one of the two healthcare options will meet your individual and family healthcare needs.
Flex Benefit (FSA) Plan:
ECS offers a Flexible Spending Account plan which offers to our employees a reduction in taxes and increase in take home pay for out of pocket medical expenses and/or dependent care.
Dental Plan:
ECS offers a PPO dental plan. The plan offers discounts on dental providing Basic, Preventative and Diagnostic services.
Vision Insurance:
ECS offers voluntary vision insurance. If selected, coverage provides a yearly benefit for exams, frames and lenses (or contact lenses).
Long-Term Disability:
ECS offers long term disability at no cost to the employee. This coverage provides after 90 days of inability to work, a replacement of a portion of your income if an accident or illness leaves you unable to work and earn an income.
Voluntary Short-Term Disability:
ECS offers voluntary short term disability. If selected, coverage provides after 8 days and up to 90 days of inability to work, a replacement of a portion of your income if an accident or illness leaves you unable to work and earn an income.
Life Insurance:
ECS contributes 100% for life insurance for $15K and offers additional voluntary coverage (including optional spouse and dependent coverage).
401K Plan:
ECS has a 401(k) plan and you are entitled to make contributions if you so choose within any/all federal guidelines upon 30 days of employment. Both standard 401(k) (pre-tax) and Roth 401(k) (post tax) are available.
